Experience Worked with SABA bank and Partners (1981-1986) and audited several accounts for banks, public and mixed companies, he also worked as an auditor in London from 1987 to 1989. Consultant and project director for Saudi & American Investors: In year 2001 to 2003, Make a preliminary sketch design, sourcing for building materials, market research, prepare feasibility study, for a large Residential & Industrial Project in Aden. The project was blessed by the President of the Republic & opening ceremony was attended by the Prime Minister and many other Ministers & Business men. The project had an extensive media & newspaper coverage. Other Consultancy work: Apart from property developments consultancies, some Freelance Consultancy work in Environment & Cleaning Schemes for (Amanat Al-3asima) through Ministry of Works. Other project involvements as a Consultant:

• Legal & business Advisor and Mediator between American Consortium Companies & the

Ministry of Oil for the “Aden Rehabilitation Project”.

• Material sourcing for local building contractors and manufacturers.
• Establishing “Gypsum Powder & Gypsum Board & Block Production Lines”.
• Finalizing a project study for Yemen’s Global Taxi Call Center “Taxi Amman”.
• Consultant to Ministry of Transport & Trac Dept.

“Patents for 4 renewable energy products”: in 2011 & 2012 I worked on designing for of my inventions which I obtained offcial Patents certi­cates for the products. “Feasibility Studies for investment projects with AI & Co.”: From 2011 till 2016 and I worked with AI& Partners to prepare feasibility studies and consultancies for investment projects” and in 2012 we signed a contract for the execution of project we designed for Kamaran Co. for Mineral Water & Juice Production factory and spent long periods of time in China supervising manufacturing of production lines equipment.
